RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We’re pretty sure you will fall in love with your Larose Diamond jewellery, but just in case it is not exactly how you’d pictured it to be or simply changed your mind, we offer exchanges or refunds within 14 days of receiving your order. Although we do encourage our clients to return as little as possible for ecological reasons.

 

For the Jewellery collection:

Make sure that the product is unused, with its original packaging and send a mail to our customer care at info@larosediamonds.com. To protect our jewellery and your return package, we will issue a return label with the same fully insured carrier we used for the original shipment. You can simply place the item back in its original packaging, in the mailer box, print and stick the return label on the securely closed mailer box. The carrier will come to pick up the shipment at your door.

For the Accessories collection:

To initiate the return process, please send an email to info@larosediamonds.com to notify us of your intent to return an item from our accessories collection. We will then provide you with the return shipping address.

To ensure a smooth return, please make sure that the item remains unused and is returned in its original packaging.

You may use your preferred shipping method for the return shipment.

Please note that the return shipping cost will be at your expense for both jewellery & accessories collections. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you that your item has been received and if your refund /exchange has been approved or rejected. If you have been approved for refund, the amount will be sent to your original mode of payment within the next 10 business days.

Bespoke, engraved, embossed, personalised products that are not available as they are for purchase on the website will be considered as a custom order and are a final sale.  A final sale means the items can’t be exchanged or returned for refund.

Items returned showing signs of wear, alteration or damage in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expenses. Larose Diamonds reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if we believe that the item has been misused or intentionally damaged.
