WARRANTY

We offer a 2-year warranty from the date of your purchase covering anything related directly to the manufacturing process. This means that our warranty does not cover lost items, scratches or bending which comes from normal wear & tear, misuse, or improper storage of your item. In this event, we will be happy to service your item but you will be responsible for the cost of repair. Please note that any modification to your item made by a third party outside of Larose Diamonds will void this warranty.

If you notice a defect in the product upon reception, please send a mail and pictures immediately to info@larosediamonds.com to be eligible for an exchange.
