ORDER LEAD TIME
In stock items will ship in 3-5 business days. If the item is not in stock, please allow 6 to 10 weeks for delivery. Want to confirm lead time on specific items? Send a us mail at info@larosediamonds.com.
For bespoke items which are not part of our regular collection, please allow a lead time from 4 to 12 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and the diamond selection.
If you are interested in placing a rush order, please send a mail at info@larosediamonds.com together with the style name and by which date you would need to receive it and we will let you know asap if a rush option is available for that specific style. Please note that a surcharge for rush items might apply.

We offer free shipping - no tracking - for all purchases of Ring Bandits within Belgium. If you would like to have a tracking, please contact us and we will add the Standard shipping fee used for the jewellery box shipment which comes with tracking.
Standard Shipping - No tracking
We offer a flat fee of 5 euros shipping - no tracking - for all purchases of Ring Bandits within the European Union countries listed above. If you would like to have a tracking, please contact us and we will add the Standard shipping fee used for the jewellery box shipment which comes with tracking.
If you don’t see your country in the table above or at the checkout, it means that we are currently not shipping to your country. Please send us a mail at info@larosediamonds.com with the style name and desired shipping country and we will do our best to accommodate your purchase.

Larose Diamonds is not responsible for delayed delivery if the customer is not available for signature upon arrival or unforeseen weather or technical issues with the shipping company. If your package is sent back to us for any reason, you will have to pay for the re-shipment costs.
Outside the EU, customs and duties may apply. The receiver of the shipment is responsible for the import fees. Please check with your local custom agent for details. Larose Diamonds is not responsible for possible delays in transport due to custom clearance process.
If you refuse the reception of a shipment from Larose Diamonds, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost, any import fees or charge incurred on the package, as well as the cost of returning the shipment to us. This amount will be deducted from your items’ refund.
